Automatic car wash soap is commercial chemistry engineered for in-bay automatic washes, where a gantry or rotating arch moves around a parked vehicle. The system draws each product through venturi injectors or Hydro-Mix units, blends it with water at a set ratio, and applies it in sequence.
In-bay chemistry has to work in a compact 30 × 40-foot bay, across temperature swings, variable pressure and different water hardness. The right formula means faster cycles, lower maintenance and a spotless, glossy car every time.

Step 1 · High-pH presoak
Break down road film
An alkaline presoak loosens organic soil, bugs and road film so high-pressure water can lift it without contact.
Plazma is a highly concentrated high-pH presoak for the first or second step of an automatic wash. Apply under low pressure in touch-free cleaning, let it dwell briefly, then rinse with soft water.
