Our benefits include health, dental, and vision plans, alongside a 401K plan with company safe harbor contribution after one year of employment. Additionally, we also offer group life insurance, AD&D, short and long term disability insurance plans, and a PTO/Holiday plan.
Bonus Program
In order to reward the hard work of all of our employees, we have an Employee Bonus Program. Employees who have been with the company for six months or more are eligible for these employee bonuses. Eligible employees may receive quarterly bonuses based on the company’s profit and is based on hours worked and attendance.
