As CEO, I bring over 35 years’ of experience in chemical formulation for the car wash industry. I lead our chemists in creating innovative cleaning products and work with sales and marketing to deliver the right solutions for our customers.

Our goal is simple—develop advanced car wash soaps that improve results, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

As a third-generation car washer, I bring over 30 years’ of experience in the industry. With my own wash and a family-owned car wash company, I know how to make chemicals perform best in all types of equipment.

Several customers have been with me nearly all my 25 years’ at CarWashSoap.com. To this day, I continue to ask myself one simple question—”How can I make them better?”.

For 7 years’ I was a chemist developing, overseeing, and implementing many CarWashSoap.com products now being used today. Then, I made the switch to sales where I have over 20 years’ of experience in serving customers at CarWashSoap.com.

My efforts to learn how to set up chemicals and equipment often lead to smarter results. At the end of the day I want customers to feel that I was looking out for their business as if it was my own.

I have 35 years’ of hands-on vehicle wash experience starting in 1990 building a commercial truck wash. After, I moved to chemical manufacturing, direct chemical sales, distribution, and service.

I understand what happens every day in the trenches. To share my experience on how to make washes efficient will bring the highest potential revenue for your company.

I am a second-generation car wash professional with 40years’ of experience in the industry. Through owning my own car wash for over 25 years’, I understand how important it is to provide you with the highest quality chemistry.

My goal is to improve wash processes and chemical management to provide the best experience for your customers.

Blessed to be second-generation in the Car Wash Industry. Over the past 20+ years’, I have owned and operated car washes and worked for a leading national distributor. I’ve spent years focusing on chemical processes and marketing success for our partners.

I have learned the value of unbiased knowledge by studying both success and failure. Where applying proven practices can help customers and operators grow and succeed.

I am a second-generation professional in the car wash industry with over 10 years’ of experience in both sales and hands-on car wash operations. Because I’ve worked in car washes myself, I understand what customers truly need to succeed.

I view every customer relationship as a partnership built on trust and growth, and I focus on providing the right solutions and support to help operators reach their goals.

I live and work in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, where I manage CarWashSoap.com’s local Stay-Full Delivery Program and focus on supporting and growing our customer base.

I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2011 with a degree in Chemistry and have been with CarWashSoap.com ever since.

Over 14 years’, I’ve worked in the lab on quality control, developed custom car wash chemical formulations, provided technical support, and now oversee quality management systems, including internal and external audits.

I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Chemistry and joined CarWashSoap.com in 2019.

As the company’s quality control Chemist, I ensure our professional car wash chemicals meet strict standards through both quantitative and qualitative testing before they are shipped to customers.

I also support R&D projects and new product development.

I am the primary R&D Chemist at CarWashSoap.com, focused on improving and innovating our professional car wash chemical product line.

Since joining the company in 2016, I’ve worked in all areas of the lab, including quality control, product troubleshooting, and formula development, while collaborating closely with our sales team.

I also enjoy giving back through our student outreach program, where I share what I’ve learned in the industry.

I graduated in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

I joined CarWashSoap.com in January 2025 and work mainly in the Quality Control Lab, ensuring our car wash chemicals meet strict standards. I also assist with R&D formulation and troubleshooting.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and joined CarWashSoap.com in January 2025.

I work in the R&D Lab developing formulas, troubleshooting, and refining processes to ensure product quality and efficiency. I’m passionate about maintaining the highest standards for safety and performance while finding innovative solutions to improve our formulations.

As CarWashSoap.com’s Controller and Human Resources Director, I oversee the accounting, customer service, and HR teams. I joined the company in 2000 after working in manufacturing and accounting at Nabisco Foods and Tyco Plastics.

Our team takes pride in providing excellent service—when customers call, they reach a knowledgeable staff member who can either help directly or connect them with the right expert.

I joined CarWashSoap.com in July 2019 and work in Human Resources, where my main focus is supporting our employees—the company’s greatest asset. I also back up our customer service team, to help ensure that our customers and vendors receive the best service possible.

Having lived and worked in the Lakeville and Farmington communities for over 25 years’, I enjoy giving back through local involvement.

I joined CarWashSoap.com in March 2021 as the Senior Accountant. In this role, I support the accounting department with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, financial reporting, and special projects.

I also assist customer service by answering calls and process sales orders when needed.

I joined CarWashSoap.com in October 2024 as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, I support the HR team with document management, benefits, policies, recruiting, onboarding, and company events and communications.

My career path has included work in mortgage compliance, several years as a stay-at-home mom, and returning to complete my degree at the University of Minnesota–Duluth in 2024 before starting my career in HR.

I joined CarWashSoap.com in April 2025 as an Accounting Clerk. I handle the Accounts Payable side of things, and I am learning how to support/assist the Accounts Receivable side as well. I also currently handle the incoming calls and greet all who come through the front door.
